2. Service agreements

Managed services, projects and support are delivered under a separate written agreement that sets out scope, service levels, fees, and responsibilities. Nothing on this website overrides that agreement. Published prices are indicative and subject to a written quote and agreement.

The content, branding and design of this website are owned by Hostoza or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. Documentation we produce for you as part of a service is yours to keep, as set out in your service agreement.

4. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on website content. Liability in respect of paid services is governed by your service agreement. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
