Pricing questions

An environment is a managed server, VPS, or cloud workload. Larger or multi-server estates are priced per estate (Custom Estate), which is usually better value at scale.

No surprise overages. What is in your plan is in your plan. Onboarding for complex estates may be scoped separately, and we tell you that up front.

You pay your cloud or hosting provider directly, at their cost — we never mark up infrastructure. Our fee is purely for running it well. That keeps our incentives aligned with yours.

Monthly rolling on every plan, with 30 days' notice. Prefer to commit? Annual plans get roughly two months free and a price-lock guarantee. Either way, you own your data and documentation.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades happen at your renewal. Most clients start small and expand as they see the value.
