Acceptable use policy

This policy sets out the uses of our services and infrastructure that are not permitted. It protects our clients, our infrastructure, and the wider internet.

Prohibited activity

• • Unlawful activity, or content that infringes the rights of others.
• • Sending spam or unsolicited bulk email, or any activity that harms email deliverability for others.
• • Distributing malware, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to any system.
• • Activity that degrades, disrupts or threatens the security or stability of infrastructure.
• • Storing or distributing content that is illegal under UK law.

Enforcement

We investigate suspected breaches and may suspend or restrict services where necessary to protect others, in line with your service agreement. Wherever possible we will contact you first.
