Frequently asked questions
Straight answers on how managed infrastructure operations work, what it costs, and how we keep your systems running.
Getting started
Most clients start with a free infrastructure audit. We assess what you have, recommend where to begin, and you decide what to take on — with no obligation.
No. We are infrastructure-agnostic — we manage the servers and cloud you already own, wherever they live. We can provision new infrastructure if you prefer, but you always own it.
For most estates, days rather than months. We start with discovery and documentation, fix anything urgent, and stand up monitoring and backups early so you feel the benefit quickly.
Pricing & contracts
Plans start at £149/month per environment, with Pro at £399 and Critical at £899. Larger estates are priced per estate from £2,500/month. Full detail is on our pricing page — we publish real numbers.
No. You pay your provider directly at their cost. Our fee is purely for running it well, which keeps our incentives aligned with yours.
Monthly rolling on every plan, 30 days' notice. Annual plans get roughly two months free and a price-lock. You always own your data and documentation — no lock-in by ignorance.
Security & compliance
With least-privilege access you grant and can revoke at any time, multi-factor authentication, and a documented access policy. We never hold more access than we need.
Yes. We maintain the infrastructure controls and evidence that make certification and customer security reviews faster. We are honest about what is and is not in scope.
We are a young company and will not claim certifications we do not hold. We are working towards Cyber Essentials and ISO 27001 on a published roadmap, and our security posture page sets out exactly where we are.
Support & service
Our higher plans include 24/7 monitoring and on-call response with defined SLAs. Entry plans cover UK business hours. We only ever promise a response time we can actually meet.
A named engineer who knows your estate — not an anonymous ticket queue. You will not have to re-explain your setup every time you get in touch.
We run a structured incident process: rapid response, clear communication, and an honest post-incident review afterwards so the same thing does not happen twice.
Still have a question? Talk to an engineer — a real one will reply.
